Step 3: Complete the pre - consultation mental health assessment

Step 4: Select the available appointment time slots

Step 5: Enter contact information

Step 6: Sign the informed consent form for psychological counseling

Step 7: Complete the registration of information for psychological counseling clients

Step 8: The reservation is successful. Please go for the consultation according to the reserved time and location

QQ Reservation / Phone Reservation

1. Panyu Campus

QQ Appointment:

 Edit the information and send it to the Online Psychological Counseling Assistant of Guangzhou Medical University (QQ number: 2295380075).

Appointment template:

Name + Contact phone number + Appointment date + Time slot + Gender + Student ID + Grade + School + Major + Main issues for counseling

Please make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For example, if you want to make an appointment for a counseling session from 18:00 to 19:00 on the evening of February 20th, please send the appointment information before 18:00 on February 19th. Note: The success of the appointment is subject to the QQ message reply!

Method 2: Phone reservation.

 Call 020 - 81340191 from 18:00 to 21:00, Monday to Friday. (Provide your name, contact phone number, reservation date, time slot, gender, student ID, grade, major, and the main issues you want to consult about.) Please make the reservation at least 24 hours in advance. For example, if you want to make a reservation for a consultation from 18:00 to 19:00 on February 20th, please send the reservation information before 18:00 on February 19th.

Note: Whether the reservation is successful or not will be subject to the reply by email or phone!
