School of International Education Held the Intern Mobilization Meeting of 2014 Batch
我院召开2014级留学生临床实习动员大会
4月28日上午，我院在越秀校区12-5B召开2014级留学生临床实习动员大会。我院院长吕嘉春教授、留学生教育管理科老师及2014级全体留学生参加了大会。与以往不同的是，这次会议还邀请了附一、二、三院主管实习的老师过来对实习留学生进行指导。
会上，曾祥海老师先从实习目的、实习要求、实习安排和纪律和注意事项四方面做了动员报告。他指出临床实习是留学生最后一年的重点内容，既是对理论知识的验证，又是对理论知识的巩固，并重点强调了实习期间的组织纪律和安全问题。特别是对请假程序作出了清晰和明确的规范。紧接着，附一、二、三院的老师分别对留学生进行了实习岗前培训。他们分别从各自医院的历史和特点出发，讲述了自己医院的学科优势和教学特色，并从实习前准备，实习管理、实习考核与鉴定这三方面严格要求留学生。随后，吕嘉春教授为2014级留学生做了动员讲话，他在黑板上写下“安全、出勤率、积极、合作、沟通和友好”六个词语对学生的临床实习提出了具体要求，重点强调学生到实习岗位实习的重要意义，在医院里要尊师重道，和病人加强沟通，积极参与到整个实习环节之中。最后，留学生教育管理科对同学们关于实习中的疑问进行了解答。
通过此次实习生动员大会，同学们对实习目的、纪律和要求有了更明确的认识，坚定了成为一名出色的医生信仰，同时也使学生能够更快的融入实习生活之中。5月5日起，我院2014级留学生将前往我校附一院、附二院、附三院开展为期一年的临床实习。
On April 28, 2019, School of International Education held the intern mobilization meeting for class of 2014 at classroom 12-2B in Yuexiu Campus. Professor Jiachun Lu, the dean of School of International Education, together with teachers of International Students’ Office, and students from class of 2014 attended the meeting. Like no other time before, Teachers in charge of internship from 1st, 2nd, 3rdaffiliated hospitalsare invited to do the orientation for the interns.
During the meeting, Mr. Zeng gave a mobilization report based on four points: purpose, arrangement, discipline and some tips. He pointed out internship is the core of the last year teaching in clinical medicine , which is also a validation and consolidation of theoretical knowledge. Meanwhile, he emphasized the discipline and safety during internship. Afterwards, Teachers from 1st, 2nd, 3rdaffiliated hospitals start the internship orientation respectively. They stated the discipline advantage and specialty in teaching based on the history and specialty of the respective hospitals. They demanded the interns to make a better preparation for the internship, strictly follow the management of internship and do a better job in evaluation. Then, Professor Lu made a speech, he wrote six words “safety, attendance, active, cooperation, communication and friendly” on the blackboard to put forward specific requirements. He said clinical internship was one of the most important parts of medical education, he hoped all students could take internship seriously and cherish the opportunity to learn clinical practice skills from advisors, and completed the internship successfully. Finally, teachers from International Students’ Office answered the questions related to the internships
Students were encouraged ,had more confidence and strenghten the will of becoming a excellent doctor through the mobilization meeting. Since May 5, 2019, international students from class of 2014 will begin their internship in 1st, 2nd, 3rdaffiliated hospitals of GMU.
