4月21日上午，我院在东风校区17-4B召开2012级留学生临床实习动员大会。我院院长吕嘉春教授、留学生教育管理科老师及2012级全体留学生参加了大会。
会上，周婷老师先从实习目的、实习安排、实习纪律和注意事项四方面做了动员报告。她指出临床实习是医学教育的重要组成部分，既是对理论知识的验证，又是对理论知识的巩固，并重点强调了实习期间的组织纪律和安全问题。随后，吕嘉春教授为2012级留学生做了动员讲话，他在黑板上写下“安全、出勤率、积极、合作、沟通和友好”六个词语对学生的临床实习提出了具体要求，重点强调学生到实习岗位实习的重要意义，同学们一定要按照学校的统一规定和要求，认真对待临床实习，珍惜实习机会，虚心向指导老师学习，熟练掌握各种临床技能，安全顺利圆满地完成实习任务。最后，留学生教育管理科布置了学生下实习点前要做好的各项准备工作，并再次强调了实习纪律与职责，要求同学们服从医院的安排，积极参加医院的各项医疗教学活动，加强安全意识与防范意识，防止发生医疗差错和事故。
通过此次实习生动员大会，不仅使同学们对实习目的、意义和要求有了更明确的认识，更增强了同学们下点实习的信心，对同学们圆满完成实习任务起到了很好的帮助作用。5月2日起，我院2012级留学生将前往我校附一院、附二院、附三院开展为期一年的临床实习。
School of International Education Held the Intern Mobilization Meeting of 2012 Batch
On April 21, 2017, School of International Education held the intern mobilization meeting for class of 2012 at classroom 17-4B in Dongfeng Campus. Professor Jiachun Lu, the dean of School of International Education, together with teachers of International Students’ Office, and students from class of 2012 attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Ms. Susan gave a mobilization report based on four points: purpose, arrangement, discipline and some tips. She pointed out internship plays important role in clinical medicine, which is also a validation and consolidation of theoretical knowledge. Meanwhile, she emphasized the discipline and safety during internship. Then, Professor Lu made a speech, he wrote six words “safety, attendance, active, cooperation, communication and friendly” on the blackboard to put forward specific requirements. He said clinical internship was one of the most important parts of medical education, he hoped all students could take internship seriously and cherish the opportunity to learn clinical practice skills from advisors, and completed the internship successfully. Finally, the discipline, attendance, requirements and duties for interns were introduced by teachers from International Students’ Office. Interns were explicitly required to observe the regulations and disciplines of teaching hospitals conscientiously, obey the arrangement and increase the safety awareness to guard against medical accidents.
Students were encouraged and had more confidence through the mobilization meeting. Since May 2, 2017, international students from class of 2012 will begin their internship in 1st, 2nd, 3rdaffiliated hospitals of GMU.
